Exchange and return policy

1- The prescribed fees:

• Fees for each program are determined according to the attached table.
• Fees apply only to the duration of each program.

2- No refund or replacement of the amounts paid:

• The amount paid for any software is non-refundable or exchangeable.

3- Registering the child:

• A child is only registered in the program after the full payment of the prescribed fees.

4- Cases of absence:

• If the child is absent from any of the program days, the amount paid for those days will not be refunded.

5- Cancellation of program days by an external party:

• If program days are cancelled due to external decisions (such as a royal decree or ministerial order), the cancelled days will not be compensated.

6- Cancellation of program days by the center’s management:

• If the center administration cancels one of the program days, the guardian will be compensated with one of the following options:
• Organize a make-up meeting.
• Issuing a coupon with the financial value of the cancelled day, which can be used in one of the centre’s programmes within a maximum period of one year .
• (This item only applies to evening programs.)

7- Supporting children in need of individual care:

• If it is noted that the child requires special individual support, a shadow teacher will be assigned at an additional fee to be borne by the parent.

By acknowledging payment of the program fees, the guardian acknowledges his agreement to these terms and conditions and his full review of them.
